セガ、『クロムハウンズ』、『Juiced』、『MYST』3タイトルの発売日をそれぞれ変更
セガは、現在開発を進めているXbox 360用ソフト『クロムハウンズ』、PS2用ソフト『Juiced ～チューンドカー伝説～』、PSP用ソフト『MYST』の発売日を変更することを明らかにした。
『クロムハウンズ』の発売日は当初予定の5月25日から6月29日に、『Juiced』の発売日は当初予定の4月27日から5月18日に、『MYST』の発売日は当初予定の4月20日から6月15日にそれぞれ変更。セガは上記3タイトルの発売日変更について、「ソフト内容の一層の充実とクオリティのさらなる向上を目指すため、現状の発売スケジュールでは万全でないと判断し、やむなく発売日を変更することを決定した」と説明している。
セガとフロム・ソフトウェアのタッグが実現し、両社のノウハウ、技術が詰め込まれたロボットアクションゲーム『クロムハウンズ』。ネットワーク機能に対応しており、チーム対チームの熱いオンライン対戦が楽しめる。
欧米で高い人気を博したTHQのレースゲーム『Juiced』は、日本車を含む50車種以上の実在車両と、世界的に有名なパーツメーカーのパーツ100点以上を収録。カスタマイズの組み合わせ数はなんと7兆通り以上という、多彩なチューンアップ要素が特徴だ。
『MYST』は、全世界で多くのファンを魅了した伝説のアドベンチャーゲーム。プレイヤーは見知らぬ島に放り出された主人公を操作し、さまざまな「時代」の謎を解いていく。
