スターの共演が実現！『WWE2008SmackDownvsRaw』
THQジャパンは、PS3およびXbox 360、PS2、Wiiで『WWE 2008 SmackDown vs Raw』を2月14日に発売する。
アメリカの人気スポーツ・エンターテインメント、「WWE」のスーパースターたちが夢の競演を果たす、ゲームソフト『WWE SmackDown vs Raw』シリーズの最新作がPS2、PS3、Xbox360、Wiiの4機種で登場する。プレイヤーが目指すのは、ずばり明日のレジェンドスーパースター！ 自分だけのオリジナルレスラーをクリエイトして、熾烈を極めるWWEのリングに飛び込もう。
今作では、新たなシステムが多数導入されている。「サブミッションシステム」は、直感的にサブミッション技が行えるもので、流れるようなムーブで技を繰り出すことができる。また、「Money in the Bank」、「Buried Alive Match」「Tournament Mode」など、今までにも存在した特殊な試合形式に加えて「ECW Extreme Rules Match」(ECW)が登場。 ECWは、デンジャラスな凶器が使い放題のもっとも過激な試合形式の一つとなっている。
好評の「GMモード」と「シーズンモード」は「24/7モード」として更に進化した内容に。これらは1年の間WWEとともに過ごすモードで、トレーニングを積み、ライバルと鎬を削りながらWWEリングでの頂点を目指すというもの。世界最高峰のリングで栄光を掴もう！
