コードマスターズは、今夏の発売を予定していた『オペレーション フラッシュポイント：レッド リバー』PS3/Xbox 360版について、発売日を7月28日に決定した。
本作は、同社が展開している1人称視点アクションシューティング『オペレーション フラッシュポイント』シリーズの最新タイトル。今作の舞台は、中国とアフガニスタンの国境に位置するタジキスタン。紛争に介入するアメリカ海兵隊と中国人民解放軍が領土をめぐって対立する、架空の現代紛争を描いたストーリーだ。マルチプレイでは、最大4人のオンライン協力プレイを楽しめる。
