【週間ソフト販売ランキング TOP50】1位はPS3『グランツーリスモ6』！ Wii/Wii U『ドラゴンクエストX』追加パッケージも好調（12月2日～8日）
年末商戦後半戦となる12月期がスタートしたが、昨年の年末商戦（集計期間：11月～1月第1週）の市場規模は、1,544億円（内訳：ハード……757億円、ソフト……787億円）と2011年の1,771億円（内訳：ハード……757億円、ソフト……1,015億円）に比べて12.8％縮小した。特にソフトは787億円と1,000億円を下回り、過去10年間の市場を振り返っても過去最低の数字を記録する非常に厳しい市場環境であった。11月期のゲーム市場は、ハードが16.2％減の156億円、ソフトが1.1％増の284億円、全体では5.8％減の440億円と前年を下回っているが、12月期での巻き返しに期待したいところだ。
