AD＆Dをベースにした大作RPG『ネヴァーウィンター・ナイツ日本語版』3月27日発売！
セガは、PC用の大作RPG『ネヴァーウィンター・ナイツ日本語版』を、3月27日に発売すると発表した。このゲームは、テーブルトークRPG「Advanced Dungeons & Dragons」（AD＆D）をベースにしたRPGで、疫病に襲われた大都市を救うために、主人公が冒険に出るという内容のもの。
インターネットに接続したマルチプレイにも対応しており、最大64人で同時に冒険することも可能。オリジナルのシナリオ作成ツールも用意されており、ネットワークを利用してテーブルトークRPG「AD＆D」を遊んでいるかのような体験ができるのも特徴となっている。
また、セガではこの発売に合わせて海外で限定販売された「コンプリートエディション」を、2,000本限定で販売する。このセットの内容は下記の通り。
