『Gears of War 3』が全世界で延期！ 来年4月発売から秋予定に

マイクロソフトは、Xbox 360用ソフト『Gears of War 3（ギアーズ オブ ウォー 3）』の発売日を2011年4月7日から、2011年秋に変更した。
『Gears of War 3』は、世界中で人気を集めているアクションアドベンチャーゲームのシリーズ最新作。人類を救うため、主人公・マーカスとその仲間たちが戦うストーリーだ。ハシント水没から18カ月、最後の都市が破壊されて滅亡寸前の人類と、ローカストとの激しい戦闘が再び繰り広げられることになる。
今回の延期について同社は、「事業戦略の一環として来年の年末商戦の向けた大型タイトルと位置づけ、2011年秋に変更することを決定した」と発表している。
