『FIFA』シリーズのカバープレイヤーにメッシが登場！ まずは『FIFA ストリート』から

エレクトロニック・アーツ（EA）は、EA SPORTSが展開しているサッカーゲーム『FIFA』シリーズについて、アルゼンチン代表のリオネル・メッシ選手と複数年のカバープレイヤー契約を結んだと発表した。
メッシ選手はアルゼンチン代表で、またクラブチームではスペインのバルセロナで活躍しているFW。先日、3年連続となるFIFAバロンドールを獲得したことでも話題を集めた。
まずは3月22日に発売されるPS3用ソフト『FIFA ストリート』のカバープレイヤーをメッシ選手担当。また『FIFA ストリート』には初回特典として、メッシ選手や有名なサッカー選手12人が登場する“adidasオールスターチーム”がプレイ可能になるコードが付くという。
