　ワーナー・ホーム・ビデオ/デジタル・ディストリビューションは、PS3/Xbox 360用ソフト『ウォー・イン・ザ・ノース：ロード・オブ・ザ・リング』を、4月19日に発売する。価格は各7,980円（税込）。

　本作は、『ロード・オブ・ザ・リング』の世界で3人までの協力マルチプレイを楽しめるアクションRPG。プレイヤーは、人間・エルフ・ドワーフの3つの種族から選択し、冒険に繰り出すことになる。強大な敵とのバトルは、プレイヤー同士の協力が重要になる。マルチプレイは、オンラインでの3プレイヤーCOOPに加え、ローカル2プレイヤー＋オンラインでのプレイにも対応している。
