KONAMIは、『ワールドサッカー ウイニングイレブン 2013』PSP/Wii/3DS版の発売日を11月1日に決定した。価格はPSP版が3,980円（税込）、Wii/3DS版が各4,980円（税込）。

本作は、リアルなサッカーを追求している人気サッカーゲーム『ウイニングイレブン』シリーズ最新作。イメージキャラクターは前作に引き続き、プロサッカープレーヤー・香川真司選手を起用している。なお、各ハードの公式サイトも本日オープンしている。
