ベスセダ・ソフトワークス/ゼニマックス・アジアは、Amazon.co.jpにてPS4本体とダウンロード版『Fallout 4』のセット販売を数量限定で行っている。価格は42,960円＋税。

このセット販売には、『Fallout 4』のメインテーマなどが収録されたミニサウンドトラックCDが付属する。PS4本体とサントラCDについては11月19日に出荷される予定だ。
